The Certification Program is designed for integrators, IT companies, telecom providers and industry partners at large to maximize the benefits of everything the 3dEYE Pure Cloud VSaaS platform has to offer. This certification program ensures that the 3dEYE standards are well understood and maintained by the clients and assures that the technical personnel involved in Tier 1 support of the customers' installations is performed up to the highest standard.
All the new clients are offered to fill out a pre-training online survey to help the 3dEYE Customer Success team better understand your company's business requirements. This will be an online form sent over to you by our team member which will take around 5 minutes to fill out. This will help the team to tailor the training session for your requirement and will focus our conversation on achieving your goals through our system.
3dEYE is pleased to share introductory videos with you with the platform overview and the links to the related documents and videos in the knowledge Base/Getting Started section for you to take a more in-depth view of the platform and prepare you for the live training session.
The first training session is led by 3dEYE Customer Success Team. It will guide you through the 3dEYE platform functionality and provide you the opportunity to ask specific questions in the framework of the platform. This session generally lasts around 1 hour. The training session can be held either on the same day as the Pre-Training Survey or can be scheduled on the following days. Please contact your sales representative to schedule the training session with our customer success team.
An online questionnaire is provided to the integrator by the Customer Success Team following the initial live Training Session. This will be reviewed by the 3dEYE customer success team and will allow the client to demonstrate their expertise with the 3dEYE Pure Cloud platform and check for the current knowledge of the platform.
The practical task is designed to check the competence and skills acquired by the clients as a professional managers of 3dEYE platform. This will include tasks like adding a Sub Integrator to an account and a Camera, troubleshooting of an unresponsive camera. The tasks are required to be performed within 60-90 minutes and will be held in the same week as the online questionnaire submission.
A Certificate is issued upon the successful completion of the process. The certified clients' experts will be placed in a priority queue for customer support requests.
This is a conditional step and not applicable to all scenarios. If a client is not able to answer a minimum of 85% of the questions at Step 4 correctly and/or not able to perform the practical task as required at Step 5, then the client can request an additional training session at email@example.com to review all the process and provide insights on unclear topics. The additional training session will be followed by Step 4 and Step 5 to successfully obtain the certificate.
